*Sugar Cane decaffeination uses Ethyl Acetate which is an organic chemical found in many plants that we ingest regularly. It's commonly found in sugar cane, pineapples, and oranges. Ethyl Acetate bonds with the caffeine and gently removes it without imparting or changing the flavor or the coffee much when compared to traditional decaffeination methods. In the world of decaffeination, we find Ethyl Acetate Processed decaf to be unmatched in flavor and quality.
