Choose your tumbler, add to cart, and tell us what to engrave at checkout. Within 24 hours, our Calgary team emails you a free digital proof showing exactly how your engraving will look. You approve it (or request changes — unlimited revisions, no extra cost) before we laser-etch. Most proofs are approved on the first try. Name and text engraving is always free.
What if I don't like the proof?
We revise it until you're happy — at no extra cost. We don't touch the laser until you say 'go.' Most proofs are approved on the first try, but we've done up to 5 revisions for customers who wanted it perfect. There is zero risk — you always see exactly what you're getting.
Will the powder coat peel or bubble?
No. Our powder coat is applied through an electrostatic process and cured at high temperature, creating a bond that's significantly more durable than spray paint or clear coat finishes. We've seen competitor brands' clear coats degrade within months. The Peyto's powder coat is built to last the lifetime of the tumbler.
Does water get trapped in the lid?
No. The Peyto lid is designed without the crevices and multi-piece mechanisms that trap stagnant water in competitor lids.
