What's the minimum order for custom embroidered hoodies?

Minimum 6 pieces per design. For orders of 12+, the digitizing fee is waived (saving $25). There's no minimum for reorders using the same embroidery file.

What file format do you need for embroidery?

Send us your logo as a vector file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) and we'll handle the digitizing. Already have an embroidery file (.DST, .EMB, .PES)? Send that instead — we'll skip the digitizing fee. High-res PNG works too but may need digitizing review first.

How long does embroidery production take?

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof. Embroidery takes a bit longer than screen printing because each piece is stitched individually. Rush orders (5–7 business days) are available — contact us before ordering to confirm capacity.

Can you match our exact brand colours in thread?

Yes. We match to Madeira, Isacord, or Coats & Clark thread charts. Provide your Pantone (PMS) colour codes in the Design Notes field and we'll match as closely as possible. An exact match is typically achievable for most corporate colours. We'll flag any exceptions in the proof stage.

What size can the embroidered logo be?

Standard left chest: up to 4" x 4" (up to 8,000 stitches, included in price). Full chest or large back designs are possible — stitch counts over 8,000 are quoted per piece. Simple wordmark logos typically run 3,000–5,000 stitches. Complex multi-colour crests run 10,000+.

Can I order multiple colours of hoodie in one order?

Yes — mix any sizes and colours in a single order. Just add the quantities you need for each variant. The digitizing setup is shared across the whole order regardless of colour mix.

Do you ship embroidered hoodies across Canada?

Yes — coast to coast. Free shipping on orders over $200. You can also pick up in person at our Edmonton (109 St NW) or Calgary (23b St NE) locations. We also ship to the US — contact us for a shipping quote.
