What's the minimum order for custom screen printing?

Minimum 6 shirts per design. There's no minimum for reorders of the same artwork. For orders of 1–5 shirts, ask us about digital transfer printing — different process, no screen setup fee.

How do I send my design file to LAMOSE?

Three ways: (1) Upload via the drop zone on this page before ordering. (2) Paste a sharing link from Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer in the Design File Link field. (3) Email your file to print@lamose.com after ordering — just include your order number. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day.

How long does custom t-shirt printing take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after you approve your digital proof. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available — contact us before placing your order to confirm we have capacity.

Can you match my exact brand Pantone colours?

Yes. Specify your Pantone (PMS) codes in the Design Notes field. We mix to match. Note that minor variation is possible due to fabric-to-ink interaction, but for most corporate brand colours we hit within 1–2 delta. Ask for a sample first if exact colour accuracy is critical.

What file format do you need for screen printing?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) give us the sharpest results at any print size. High-resolution PNG or TIFF (300+ DPI at actual print size) also works. If you only have a JPG or low-res file, send it anyway — we'll tell you honestly if it can be used or what we need instead.

Do you ship custom printed shirts across Canada?

Yes — we ship coast to coast via Canada Post and courier. Free shipping on orders over $200. You can also pick up in person at our Edmonton (109 St) or Calgary (23b St NE) locations.

What if I'm not happy with the printed shirts?

We stand behind every order. If there's a print defect, colour error on our end, or quality issue, we reprint or refund — no argument. That's why we send a proof first: so we're both aligned before a single shirt goes through the press.
