Cap Specifications
- Style: 6-panel structured front, unstructured soft crown
- Closure: Plastic snap — one size fits most adults
- Brim: Pre-curved, medium profile
- Sweatband: Cotton twill interior sweatband
- Material: Polyester/cotton blend — holds shape, resists fading
- Embroidery area: Front panel up to 4" wide (approx. 8,000 stitches)
- Side/back panels: Available for additional placement (+$6/piece)

Best file formats:
- Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) — we handle digitizing
- Existing embroidery files (.DST, .EMB, .PES) — skip the digitizing fee
- High-res PNG (300+ DPI) — we assess and quote if digitizing needed
Included free on orders of 12+:
- Embroidery digitizing fee waived
- Thread colour matching (Madeira / Isacord / Coats & Clark)
- Pantone-to-thread conversion — just send your PMS codes
- Digital proof with unlimited revisions until approved
Limits: Front panel up to 4" wide (8,000 stitches). Additional stitches: +$3/piece per 1,000 over.
Bulk Pricing
- 1–11 hats: $34/hat + digitizing fee (waived if you have a .DST file)
- 12–23 hats: $32/hat — digitizing fee waived
- 24–47 hats: $29/hat
- 48+ hats: Contact us for a custom quote
